iTunes playlists not appearing on iPad

Hi there. I am starting to pull my hair out with this one! I have download iCloud and synced with my pc but none of my playlists are transferring over to my iPad...plus only two albums of pictures are over. I have tried everything...please help!

same problem for me. we are not alone. I found a few threads on the apple support forum

it appears related to the latest iOS or iTunes release
