Iphone hotpoint?

I have a iphone 4 locked to Vodafone and i was wondering is it possible to have my Iphone as a wireless hotpoint and i can then connect my Ipad2 to it to then get internet connection on my ipad2?

If this is possible how can i go about setting this up.

If its part of your download limit. I have an iPhone 4 on o2 with a 1 gb limit and it comes out of that. If you go to settings on your iPhone and see if you have a setting that says enable hotspot or something similar, then you may be able to.

Try Vodafone, you may have to add a bolt on to your phone package to enable tethering.

Make sure you've entered the apn setting for internet tethering in your iphone which comes under mobile data ,only then you will see personal hotspot under settings. If you dont know the setting try calling the customer care they will help you out.
