Ipad2 wi fi

I have a Spanish data and and I want to create wifi in my home in Spain with a 3 g wireless network router, so that I can also use my computer at the same time as my iPad. In my home in Spain adsl in not possible therefore I use the 3G data card from Vodafone in Spain.
First question: is that possible with that Spanish data card of Vodafone.
Second: What kind of 3G wireless network router should I buy
Third: are there more, options to create a wi fi network in my home in Spain
