IPad Mini tripod mount

Has anyone bought or tried a mount to allow a mini iPad to connect to a tripod or a monopod?
If so does it allow landscape orientation?
Any issues to be aware of?

I got one along with a Bluetooth shutter release from Amazon for the granddaughters for Christmas. Works well and I think the total for both was less than $40.

That is good value.
In the meantime I Googled a DIY method and am using that for the time being, until I see one in a store that I like.
