Ipad 3 torch

Hi all, ive had my pad for a few weeks now and have tried using it as a torch as some of the apps on the store state they are for the iPhone/iPad, now I've tried and all I get is the screen being bright white, can the iPad 3 be used as a torch like the iPhone ? Thank you, Abb

No - there isn't a flash led on the iPad like there is on an iPhone.
