Installing native iphone apps on ipad 3

Voice Memos
Compass
Weather

I have tried installing these apps on my ipad using many methods
belfry
Ac!d siri
copying them from iphone using ifile
Ipad gui fix

It seems whenever any of the above apps come to my ipad my springboard crashes and goes into safe mode. I have tried all methods but same output safe mode.
Can anyone tell what seems to be the problem?
