And I want to open apps IT CLOSE FAST

Now I can't open anything expet appsi am downloading right now

Did you back up before you restored? What is Appsi?

Try a hard reset: Hold the power button and the home button down at the same time until you see the Apple logo. Approx 10 sec. Let it reboot.
