I need some assistance!

Hi, Im so new at this Ipad2 thing that I don t really even know what a "thread" is!! See, I really need some help!! My email is stuck all day on one mail and I can t access my gmail at all.
Can anyone give me some much needed assistance. Thanks so much.

You need to restart the email app. When you exit an app with the home button it never truly closes so perform the following:

From your ipad desktop double tap the home button and a list of recently used apps appears in a task bar on the bottom of the screen.

Long press the email icon until it, and all icons in the task bar begin to wobble and exhibit a red minus sign....then release

Now tap the red minus sign on the email icon to close the email app and remove it from RAM.

Now tap the home button to close the task bar a d return to the desktop.

Now try email and it should be working normally.
