Click on your iPad in the left-hand menu. Click on the "Info" tab at the top of iTunes. Click "Sync Address Book Contacts". Click "Sync Google Contacts" Click "Configure". In the Terms pop-up window click "Agree". Enter your Gmail login details to start the sync. That should do it!
