Can anyone recommend a program to project PowerPoint or PDF presentations when out of WiFi range. I tried Slideshark which is great, however you can only store limited size presentations without paying for extra storage.

I'm not sure what you mean. What do you mean out of wifi range? I presume you're using an iPad since this is an iPad forum, so how are you sending the images to the projector? Are you plugging it in with cables? If so, where does wifi come in? Do you mean that you were trying to project a file that's sitting on a network somewhere? All I can really say just now is that Keynote can keep local copies of files and can play powerpoint presentations, though it does sometimes mess up the layout.
