Thanks so much guys! And my GC is the same as my username btw Oh I do have one question I've been wondering for a while, how do you "capture" foxes? Am I just too low of a level (22) to do so?

I think you have to fence them in somehow. I've seen farms with dozens of foxes enclosed in a largish area with picnic tables and benches etc, looks like a zoo. lol I don't think level plays a part in whether foxes visit your farm or not..

Hi, that was me that lost my entire game, and I was at level 64 at the time : /

I was level 64, and lost everything. Was unable to get my game restored, and Supercell offered a few suggestions, but none of them helped. I believe my situation was the exception, since I've never heard of anyone else having this problem. Send an email to the Devs and try everything they suggest. And if all else fails, start again - lots of people helped me, and after 5 months I'm back to level 67! Good luck!

Correction on my post it was about 5 days ago in the morning. I was at level 57 and i did send two emails to supercell but no response I think I'll send them an email again. I tried the soft reset but it still didn't work. It must be my device because I'm able to switch back and forth very easily on someone's iPad but I can't get anyone to sign in on my phone goes to level 1. I wonder if you can log into HD on someone else's device that has never played HD unfortunately I don't know anyone like that.

Make sure your gc is logged in and then run the game. Delete the game installed log in to game channels then download the game again and start

Well, after bawling my eyes out and rending my clothes for a few days, I finally accepted reality. 2nd time around I don't think I did anything differently, but it was waayy harder to come back up. When I started playing, it was in the early days when you could open mystery boxes over and over and rack up diamonds, and you could sell unlimited numbers of items in your stand, not restricted to just 10. So it was challenging. I ended up having to purchase a few diamonds because I couldn't expand production, nowadays takes ages to gets diamonds. Having said that, there was some satisfaction in clawing my way back up, and I try not to think about how I'd probably be level 100 now if I hadn't had to start again! I certainly don't recommend it, if anyone's considering....lol!

Unfortunately if it comes down to where I have to restart the game I'm not gonna go down that road gone to far in the game at the top of my leader board with my friends been keeping up with my game on someone's else device if Any thing I'll buy another phone. I'm going to phone company where I got it just to see if the have any more suggestion.

This is to Eyec999- I'm so sorry to hear you lost your game. Have you tried contacting the App Store? If this happened and it was beyond your control they should be able to compensate you. I've had purchased items disappear on other games and the App Store have compensated me. It mightn't hurt sending them an email explaining your whole situation. I had an issue with my iTunes account the other day, I wanted to purchase a diamonds bundle when the sale was on, it wouldn't let me in- I tried everything and missed the sale- I contacted the App Store on Thursday, received an auto response witching the hour, then received a personal response a few hours later. They are very helpful and they keep contacting you until the issue is sorted. I just think that because you spent so many hours/days/weeks getting your game up to that level, i believe they will do something for you. Anyway just a thought.
