Can anyone help me this morning my game started me all over to level one.
When I start the game it brings me to level one through the tutorial and then it will pop up with do I want to load up my
game in game center and I say yes and then I type confirm and it still doesn't load it just goes back to level one. I'm able to use my friends iPad and log him out of game Center, log into game Center and start HD and it works just fine but I
tried to do that on my iPhone4s and it doesn't load any suggestions. I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling it I've
tried turning off my Wi-Fi and using the data network I've tried going to the airport mode shutting my phone off turn
it back and starting HD none of these things are working on my iPhone. When I do load the game from game center it
brings me to level one but I have all of my friends listed do I have to go through the tutorial is it stuck in the tutorial
mode or something. Has this happened to anyone?

That sounds really frustrating. We had somebody else here with a similar problem and I believe she did fix it somehow, so maybe not all hope is lost. Hopefully she will see this post and could possibly explain what she did to fix her game. Have you submitted an error/glitch report to supercell via the in-game settings? That might be something you want to do right away, I'm sure all our game data is saved on their servers..
I think - although not 100% certain - I've heard people having to back up and restore their device back to factory settings to fix this problem, and even then I don't know if it worked, so maybe don't do that just yet, possibly keep in mind as a last resort.
Have you done a soft reset? Hold down home and power button together, screen will go black, don't release the buttons until the silver Apple shows on your screen. That won't delete anything from your phone (I've done this several times with no data loss) and it somehow may kickstart your game somehow. If you do decide to try this, you can google "iPhone soft reset" for further instruction and explanation. Also, if you do o down this route, I don't know if it is best to do it while logged in or out of Game Center, or while the HD app is installed or not.
I'm sorry I can't be more help to you, hopefully someone else has some more solid advice for your situation.. but I wish you good luck, and do please let us know how you get on.
