Correction on my post it was about 5 days ago in the morning. I was at level 57 and i did send two emails to supercell but no response I think I'll send them an email again. I tried the soft reset but it still didn't work. It must be my device because I'm able to switch back and forth very easily on someone's iPad but I can't get anyone to sign in on my phone goes to level 1. I wonder if you can log into HD on someone else's device that has never played HD unfortunately I don't know anyone like that.

Someone suggested that same tactic for me, but, sadly it didn't work. But try contacting Supercell again, they should respond eventually. I really hope you get your game back, I know it's devastating after all that time! I haven't heard of a single other person, besides myself, that's had this happen, and I hope you don't join ranks with me! Very best of luck to you, and if all else fails, I will help you all I can to make a comeback!

This is to Eyec999- I'm so sorry to hear you lost your game. Have you tried contacting the App Store? If this happened and it was beyond your control they should be able to compensate you. I've had purchased items disappear on other games and the App Store have compensated me. It mightn't hurt sending them an email explaining your whole situation. I had an issue with my iTunes account the other day, I wanted to purchase a diamonds bundle when the sale was on, it wouldn't let me in- I tried everything and missed the sale- I contacted the App Store on Thursday, received an auto response witching the hour, then received a personal response a few hours later. They are very helpful and they keep contacting you until the issue is sorted. I just think that because you spent so many hours/days/weeks getting your game up to that level, i believe they will do something for you. Anyway just a thought.

Aww, thanks so much for your kind comments! This event happened back in February, when I was at level 64, and I'm now back up to 67 five months later, so I've already recovered. Supercell wouldn't compensate me anything, just made a couple of suggestions that didn't work, and I didn't hear from them again. Not to worry, though, it taught me perseverance and also taught me that no matter how much you love and cherish your iPad, it can turn on you at any moment! Lol! There are many people on this forum that helped me, but probably don't remember (ie: Laura!)! Thanks, again!
