Can anyone help me this morning my game started me all over to level one.
When I start the game it brings me to level one through the tutorial and then it will pop up with do I want to load up my
game in game center and I say yes and then I type confirm and it still doesn't load it just goes back to level one. I'm able to use my friends iPad and log him out of game Center, log into game Center and start HD and it works just fine but I
tried to do that on my iPhone4s and it doesn't load any suggestions. I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling it I've
tried turning off my Wi-Fi and using the data network I've tried going to the airport mode shutting my phone off turn
it back and starting HD none of these things are working on my iPhone. When I do load the game from game center it
brings me to level one but I have all of my friends listed do I have to go through the tutorial is it stuck in the tutorial
mode or something. Has this happened to anyone?

That sounds really frustrating. We had somebody else here with a similar problem and I believe she did fix it somehow, so maybe not all hope is lost. Hopefully she will see this post and could possibly explain what she did to fix her game. Have you submitted an error/glitch report to supercell via the in-game settings? That might be something you want to do right away, I'm sure all our game data is saved on their servers..

I think - although not 100% certain - I've heard people having to back up and restore their device back to factory settings to fix this problem, and even then I don't know if it worked, so maybe don't do that just yet, possibly keep in mind as a last resort.

Have you done a soft reset? Hold down home and power button together, screen will go black, don't release the buttons until the silver Apple shows on your screen. That won't delete anything from your phone (I've done this several times with no data loss) and it somehow may kickstart your game somehow. If you do decide to try this, you can google "iPhone soft reset" for further instruction and explanation. Also, if you do o down this route, I don't know if it is best to do it while logged in or out of Game Center, or while the HD app is installed or not.

I'm sorry I can't be more help to you, hopefully someone else has some more solid advice for your situation.. but I wish you good luck, and do please let us know how you get on.

Hi, that was me that lost my entire game, and I was at level 64 at the time : /

I was level 64, and lost everything. Was unable to get my game restored, and Supercell offered a few suggestions, but none of them helped. I believe my situation was the exception, since I've never heard of anyone else having this problem. Send an email to the Devs and try everything they suggest. And if all else fails, start again - lots of people helped me, and after 5 months I'm back to level 67! Good luck!

Well, after bawling my eyes out and rending my clothes for a few days, I finally accepted reality. 2nd time around I don't think I did anything differently, but it was waayy harder to come back up. When I started playing, it was in the early days when you could open mystery boxes over and over and rack up diamonds, and you could sell unlimited numbers of items in your stand, not restricted to just 10. So it was challenging. I ended up having to purchase a few diamonds because I couldn't expand production, nowadays takes ages to gets diamonds. Having said that, there was some satisfaction in clawing my way back up, and I try not to think about how I'd probably be level 100 now if I hadn't had to start again! I certainly don't recommend it, if anyone's considering....lol!

Oh gosh Amanda, please don't apologise! This game is very picky about who gets an abundance of what mats, lol. Thanks though, I may come hunt you down for some panels and screws if I ever get this upgrade done. lol

I would have bawled too. But a part of me actually wants to start over sometimes. I miss the excitement of the challenge. I never know there was a time when you could put unlimited items in your stalls. I wasn't playing then. I didn't start 'til after Christmas I think. I may have joined here in January time, maybe late January. Not too sure.

Yeah a lot of people say the diamond toolboxes are rarer now, again, I don't know how they were before I was around but I had a fabulous day the other day - 6 boxes opened for me within one morning, lol. Best diamond day I've had ever, lol.

I'm really glad you've got back up there to your level though. Must've been devastating to lose it all without it being a choice :-/
