Email password

I have set up my email on my iPad and it shows up starred. Is there a way to see the password that I have put in?

No - that is a security measure. If that password were visible then anyone else either using your iPad or looking over your shoulder would be able to see it. You have to remember it. When you type in your password it does, however, display the actual individual letter that you are typing in. Only when you move on to type the next letter does it convert it to a '*'.
