I know the "official" line is that levels don't matter, but a few times now people have found that the odds are increased when changing the levels of one or other dragon.
We were given a hint on the Clover dragon that L7 was needed.

All I'm saying is I tried with equal level dragons for over a week and got nowhere, then upped the Earth over the Air combo and have got 2 Dodos in 3 attempts.

I got a dodo on the second attempt with 2 level 10 dragons. So, I think it's still perhaps more luck of the draw.

I got my first Dodo a couple days ago, but i have not been able to get a second Dodo.
Can I get a dodo by breeding it with something else?

Me too, I usually am breaking mags and irons for money to get my golds, but out of boredom started throwing random dragons together just see what comes up, ironically I got a fire and an earth from two hybrid breedings lol.

Yes we need an update!

To keep o topic, I agree with the thrust of you need to change things up to get the hard to get combos. I switched to different level dragons instead of all 10s or higher. Typically the second element as the lower number. Also when the bloom was out I couldn't get it till I bought the fountain. I have moved shrines around, and even put higher level dragons I to the hibernation cave and had a higher number of level 7 dragons out and was able to get my first rainbow. Luck, I don't know.

Silver is a pain but golds gonna give you a real headache, just keep goin like you both have cause if you finish it too fast you'll go nuts like me coocoo coocoo coocoo lol

Unfortunately not keeo trying with the earth and air hybrids. Chrome is good as the fail times are quite short. Good luck

I have 3 gold, and are quite close on the rest, except the metal. When my last 2 blooms has reached 15, the hunt for metal will begin! First I think I will take until Friday, piling up food and money, and hopefully there will be an metal/plant/lightning/air hybrid released, so the hunt will be quicker and less expensive!
