Well, this is the update we have all been waiting for. Even for gems, I think it's worth while. I will take my time and work out which ones I want/need the most. Huge thanks for listing the time frame for building them and the raised caps.

I'm not changing my metal habitat as the metal dragons are low earners and my rust dragons are always breeding.

To all who are still trying for diamond, I hope this latest update results in your diamond dragon...may it be found gracing your gem island or as an egg pedestal. May the wizard be with you.

I agree! I love the new big habitats! I wish they held more than five, but they are still awesome! Good thing I have been hoarding my gems!

Thanks Marie, really appreciate that, as I've fallen in love with them too. I just activated Kiaros, but just before I did I switched over my air and water habitats for 2 Olympus habitats. Air and water would have pulled in only 40,000' however the two Olympus pulled in 420,000 instantly..it's not rocket science when it comes to strategy. I've just switched them back. Another great tip, when building habitats, make the most of kairos. I decided to store 1 earth habitat to build another blue moon, riding on the fact that I could speed up the process by 6 hours because of kairos.

On a personal note for you my friend, I sure hope you get that second diamond...55 fails is way too many. Come on wizard, where are you? My bud Marie needs a diamond dragon before it exists the market.

They listened to you Di! Just this minute got my 2nd Diamond in EBC with lvl 15 dragons, where as I have another Silver on EBI with lvl 17 so it seems that the lvl can be detrimental when you are trying for mid lvl dragons. I can go cash in all my fails now and get ready for the next thing DV will throw at us.

To all those still trying for diamond take heart, the odds improve in the last cpl of days.

Changes the strategy yet again with 5 Panlongs on one giant Habitat. Love all the new changes, we can even buy back trees and boulders that we've cleared and store our egg pedestals which would be handy for fails.

This is the only island I've redecorated, but I also upgraded all the habitats on my baby island and the plant habitat on my limited island. I was getting so excited to see 1000 gems, but the temptation was too great. At least I haven't spend any of them up yet.

Can you hear me shouting all the way from Melbourne to WA because I really am - I am soooooo happy for you. That's just awesome. You're patience has been stretched yet again and you have finally come out successful. Congratulations.

As to the new habitats, I am already thinking strategy. For now, I'm just upgrading my air habitat. As I am working on getting my sonic from level 19 to a gold crown, this is my first option. In three days time when I can activate kairos again, I may upgrade my water habitat next, but I'm happy to wait.

I love the new habitats, but I'm going to need to do some serious rearranging because of their size. No hurry, as I don't want to work on too much all at once. I'm still changing my habitats over in the evenings, and will still continue to do that as the rare habitats pull in somewhere over 200,000 each based on about 6-7 hours sleep so I'm going to continue to do that.

So backflip, yet again, love, love love your work and thanks for reading our posts, with all our wishes and even at times our complaints.

Wow Ashley, you go girl. I thought I would take a screen shot of your park as this is what we see, clearly not what you see your end. I find that really fascinating. I love it that you have had enough money for your eight island and enough gems to purchase your new habitats. Congratulations, I'm really happy for you.

I just swung by poppy's place and true to form he is the leader of the pack. He has his new habitats and he has used gems to speed them up, and they look great. Poppy, if you are reading this, make sure that beautiful island with the new habitats have 5 dragons in them not 4 a piece. They look great.

Thank my earth, metal, and cold habitats were done this morning when I woke up. They changed the water habitats so they take 24 hours now too. I'm not even sure I have enough dragons to fill the habitats. I have no more earth dragons with one spot still open. Oh well, I was more excited about the raised caps.

This is my first upgrade. I put my 4 air dragons in the hibernation cave and I didn't even notice until a couple of minutes ago, that even though the habitat is being built, my dragons could remain in it and earn money. I just brought my air dragons back out, and tomorrow morning I will be able to add one more air dragon.

I wonder if it looks fully built when you see it, or does it still show the old air habitat?

I love the look of all the new habitats - well, except metal, but I've already decided not to upgrade mine. I think my favorite is the water habitat.

You are right Diz when you upgrade the habitat it changes in size and appearance to show the new look. I am upgrading 2 earth, 1 cold and 1 lightning at the moment as the dragons could remain. Like everyone else I will have to plan where these larger habitats fit and redesign all but one of my islands which will take time.
Have fun with your designing everyone and I hope you are happy with the changes you make.

I took this in a different context. I thought it meant, if you remove any decoration, limited or non-limited, then it would appear in your decorations. That would mean making everyone decorations shop different. I sold off a couple of clover trees, thinking I could repurchase them again, lol. Oops! After further reading, I realized that BF was pertaining to the original trees, boulders, rocks, bushes, etc. that were originally on your island, are now available for purchase.

Thanks for the update BF, I am most impressed with the upgraded habitats and more decorations. The ability to further customize my Dragonvale world is always welcomed. Cheers!

My favorite is the Giant Plant, it looks so green & beautiful.
