Im still working on getting all my dragons to level 15 then ill start the moon hunt again

Yes I am doing the same, finishing shrines, raising to 15 and then back to trying for my moon. I will however use some of those combos mentioned in here for moons to finish my shrines...all things crossed!

YAY, I've finally hatched my Rainbow and I did get the 'Every Last One' achievement *squee*!!!

However, my Rainbow is currently (automatically) named Geoff and so I'm now busy trying to come up with something more fitting, haha.

Congrats.. How far did you make it in the shrines.. I have become Level 25 this morning.. Still have to finish off my Water and Air shrines..
And level up all my dragons.. which is going to be a huge task..

Woooop woooop got my 48 hour in normal breeding cave, 2nd one ever and this both been in normal cave cant get on in the special one lol first was a sun I'm hoping this is a moon i used Sonic and storm - fingers crossed xxx

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG ....Im trying FOR MONTHS now getting Blue Fire - so many different combos, no Blue! This morning I tried scorch and ice (Not the first time) on my breeding island and it gave me my first 48 hours!!!! Cant stop smiling
But what will this turn out to be? Sun? Moon? Rainbow???

Happy New Year everyone! Hope your celebrations were fabulous and that 2012 brings all you hope for!!
It's been a fair while since I last had time to really get in here and post but I'm going to try to catch up a little today and tomorrow...hopefully I won't spam you all too much, haha.

So now, an update on my last update :
Not only was that last 48hour breed a MOON at last!!! (wooohooooooooooo! I just love my Moon dragon) but THIS:

is what is currently incubating in my nursery!!! Yep, not only a Rainbow (Blazing x Crystal) but a Sandstorm (Air x Mountain) too!! How lucky am I?! (have to say, about time though, )
That should (glitches aside) mean I have my 'every dragon achievement' later today! I also managed to score my final oustanding colosseum gold (Air) so that achievement is done too. Only the double Rainbow to go! Yay

Haha, I almost can't believe how much better my luck has been recently - just typing it out feels surreal!

And and just one more little random thing...
I think Shavemeshavers already posted something similar (3 Santas?) but right around the same time I also found FIVE on one of my islands at once...and at least 3 on another at the same time. Crazy and kinda silly huh?!

awww, well I hope, whatever it is, it's what you want (if you even know anymore! ).
I'd love to have multiple Moons if I could...yours look amazing! Ah well, maybe one day when we finally have higher max habitats and my Moon breeding luck comes back again *grin* (in other words, probably not for a VERY long time, hehe)

Yeah, I too think moons are so much cuter than the suns. Hard to give them up to make room....We'll see....

Hello all, just started playing 2 days ago. I see a lot of references to higher end dragons so I must ask. What is a decent strategy to start? Should I try to get one of every dragon or aim at a few and level them to 10 trying to get a rare? With my work schedule I usually check in every 12 hours most of the time so I am trying to figure out the best way to maximize my gold collections with the larger gold holding habitats. Also, is it best to level the dragons the same rate (get all to 7, then all to 8) or should I get them to 10 one at a time for breeding and coliseum purposes? Thank you.

Oh wow, me too! hehe.
I'd say there is some method generally though...although it can be hard to see sometime, haha. Maybe they throw a truly random one in from time to time though , just to keep us from completely working it out/getting complacent.
