Down grade or upgrade? 3.2.2. 4.2

I have read so much prior to buying I can't recall where I read some of the stuff.

Seems some wanted to down grade from 4.2 to 3.2.2

I don't mean to be the cause of a lot time, but, in a nutshell why would some not want to upgrade from 3.2.2 to 4.2. ?

This am I bought from best buy a 3.2.2 device.

Any help or direction would be appreciated

Stick to 3.2.2 until the official release of the new firmware is released and the bugs fixed, thats my opinion.
