Cydia does not work after jailingbreaking

Hello,

I just jailbreaked my Ipad 3 tonight by using Absinthe 2.0 but when I click on the Cydia icon it doesn't RUN , the screen goes black for a second and then it shows the main menu of my Ipad again.
I tried restoring it back to the 5.1.1 ios and did try to restore factory settings but cydia is still there. Not sure what the case is. Please let me know. Thank you!

Did you already turn off and then reboot your iPad?
I hope that you get it straitened out.

Quite personally, I'm glad I removed Cydia from my new iPad 3.

Not only did it void my warranty, but it often made me feel guilty for some odd and unusual reasons.
I never even used it, for it's actual purposes, other than open it a few times, it just sat there on my home screen.

Hi i have the same problem....dont know what to do...i tried many solutions but with no success!!
