Problems with Cydia and cannot re-jailbreak due to Recoverguard

So first I should put ipad into DFU and restore from 5.1.1 to 6.1.3 using iTunes shift-restore (since I have recoverguard I have to use DFU)

Then use your link f4780y to re-restore from 6.1.3 to 5.1.1 and jailbreak.

Sound about right?

Just wanted to say thanks f4780y and willerz2 for your help. I was able to use iTunes to update to 6.1.3 and redsn0w to downgrade to 5.1.1 and restore my setting afterwards as well as jailbreak again using redsn0w.
