Can't post app reviews

Hi, for some reason I am unable to submit a review once I've written one. When I submit the review form it never posts but seems to simply minimize or hide the form since, when I click to write review again the form is populated with what I've written just as if It was never submitted. Is this a known bug and/or am I missing something?

When I have written my reviews, I wouldn't be able to see it posted until the day after. Not sure if it is different now.

This is what happens when I post a review, but as skimonkey said, it is usually up the next day. This is something I think needs improvement; a message "your review has been submitted" would be nice.

Unfortunately mine never post and the original message is still populated in the write review form but it won't post; the submit button just minimizes the form no matter what I do.
