don't think so, I'm pretty sure all of the iPad remote desktop apps don't do any audio.
You could get iTunes match and then stream your entire music collection from where ever you are just as if it was on the iPad itself.
if you are at the same location as your desktop, I like to use apples REMOTE application. So that the music plays from my computer through my good speakers yet I can control it all via the iPad.
