Apptrackr how to install ?

Hi All,

I already have discussion of piracy is not permitted install on my iPad. Now I want to install Apptrackr app from Cydia to my iPad , but after install the apps when I run it keep hung.

Hope some one can advise me.

My iPad is JB 4.2.1
