I think it must be a deliberate ploy on their part, if they continue to miss the point or just keep repeating themselves, we will eventually give up. Been battling them for nearly three weeks now and no closer to a solution then I was on day one. If I don't stop soon I may end up resorting to profanity just to relieve the stress.

Look at the in-game forum rules! No one is allowed to use bad words against GI! They do deserve it and we will give them what they deserve. I had wrote a bad word about it some days before, but I am sure the mod removed the post as I could see it no more.

dispatcher console (2) I think someone said this cannot be gifted?

any jet plane repair items

Actually, it was cracked before I was using your target for GI head banging. Prepping, to open another ticket. Starting a pool to see how many days it takes for a fix, and one of the choices is "NEVER." Who's in???

Oh boy - hmmm...how shall I answer the survey below? This is a tough one.

Note that:
- They never fixed my problem.
- It took two weeks to get an answer, which was NOT a fix.
- The answer was that they accused me of trying to put one over on them; that, or being SO STUPID that I just didn't notice two new icons for new quests, and just didn't notice that I completed them and the icons then disappeared. Nevermind that I would have had to complete those two quests for dozens of flights to Vegas and Barcelona within about two hours of the start of the whole challenge and these two (missing) quests.
- They tried to back up this BS with "our database shows that you completed these two quests. You can't get them twice."
- When I flamed them, I got a "Thank you for playing and contributing to our game."

MADDENING!!!
