GI is currently (not) "helping" me.

I reported the username issue to them last month along with another issue, and after a month they fixed the other issue and ignored the username problem.

When I asked them again, of course they asked for confirmation from other users by me sending in other people's usernames who see LtCol Rehab as "username" as well as screenshots.

So my request is: if you see LtCol Rehab as username (I think at least five of you do), please use this forum or private messaging to let me know and send me a screenshot of my username city or me in your neighbor list with the family photo showing. None of us will get GI to (attempt) to fix the username problem without this proof. Thanks.

I've had another message from GI Mary...she says that her tech people are looking more deeply into the issue of game freezes after visiting neighbours. She says that I should look out for GI news in the future and they are hopeful that a future update will solve the problem.
Maybe it will, but I wonder how many other snags will arrive with the next update?

Just out of curiosity, is there anyone that sees you as LtCol Rehab? I don't understand how you can appear 2 different ways to your neighbours. But then again it's GI we are dealing with...
