hi, I have been using Yahoo Mail on my iPad mini from new and no problems until yesterday when it just will not update beyond 10.05 yesterday. Anyone know what the problem is caused by and how to rectify please? Joyce

It's latest version is 3.2.10, and the last update was more than two weeks ago.

No matter which app you're using:
If you can't update it, remove the app from your device and install it again. It will be up to date afterwards.

No, I use the Mail at the bottom of home screen next to Safari. I have deleted my Yahoo account in settings and reinstalled but still nothing happening

Use this: https://www.apple.com/support/mail-settings-lookup/ to check the settings of your account. It will help enter your informations correctly.

There were problems with Yahoo recently. Yahoo should work without problems, as far as I know.

If the information above doesn't help, wait for one or two days, if possbile, and try setting up the account again.

I can send emails but not receive them. Also none of my emails in my inbox are there either.

Sorry, forgot to mention that my husband's yahoo email on my iPad is working fine. Just mine with a problem

Look at the account using a browser to make sure everything is working correctly there.

Use the link I provided in my second reply to check the account in your Settings.

If you enabled two step verification, you need an app specific password.
