Is any carrier currently selling this for iPad?

I have unlimited under the grandfathered AT&T plan, but am looking for another plan for a second iPad.

I can never understand why unlimited plans are so hard to come by in the US - almost all the operators offer them in the UK and at much much cheaper prices too. Strange....

Yes, I've found unlimited data and cell plans much more widely available and cheaper abroad, too.
