Trouble w/keyboard in Unicode Maps

I have the paid version of Unicode Maps app, which I got when the app was on sale for free. I know how to add often used symbols to a keyboard, but there doesn't seem to be any way to access this keyboard or even view it. I would like to use this keyboard in 'Pages'. Does anyone know how to access this keyboard in the Unicode Maps app?
