Side Window annoys me!

Hi Everyone
Am I the only one who finds the side window annoying when I am scrolling? I realise its value to a lot of people but I don't really use it and find it irritating when it keeps opening when I don't need it. Is there anyway to prevent this apart from the obvious.....keep my fingers away from the edge? Can you lock it to prevent it opening?

If you're talking about Slide Over, it can be turned off in Settings. Go to Settings>General>Multitasking>Allow Multiple Apps and slide the switch to the left.
