I already have an excellent app to READ PDF files. I'm looking for an app to CREATE PDF files. Any suggestions?

What kind of PDF files?
Most of the word-processing apps will save as PDF. Pages does a very neat job of making nice looking multipage PDFs. It should be ideal if you're creating the files from scratch.
I've been keeping and eye on an app called Save2PDF which you might want to look at as well. The reviews are mixed, but if it does half of what it claims it should be handy for someone who wants to manhandle PDF files.
