I own a Nexus 4 phone and Nexus 7 latest tablet. Bought iPad Air this week with part of my 70% profit from Royal Mail shares so have a memento and wanted one to try out. In my fifties and not interested in any games or downloading films. Initial thoughts it looks great, love the keyboard and obviously bigger screen. Not sure about speed.

Rights guys, convince me it's better.

    Regards
    John

Hmm....if I were you and I couldn't convince myself that the Air is better, then I'd march right down and take that guy back. Lots of other folks want one. You might want to consider the zillions of interesting apps that you can get for an apple iPad that there is simply no equivalent to for your Nexus 7 (which I own too, btw). There is also a strong third-part accessory market for the iPad. And lets not forget how easy it is to plug an iPad into power in the dark. USB is terrible in this regard.
