New Stuff in iPadOS 17

For those that find the multi-task features and gestures useless or even annoying for how they use their iPad, looks like you'll have the ability to turn some or all of them off, along with some of the other more arcane gestures meant for power users.

Mostly I'm just looking for small stuff that didn't make it into the Keynote, and isn't being spread all across the the Apple gossip network.
