Mail settings

Hi!

I have an iPad4 and just updated to iOS 7.

I now have an error warning re my mail settings. POP3 or IMAP. My provider is Sky (I'm in England)

I was wondering if someone could explain the best one to use, POP or IMAP. I have the settings from Sky but unsure which to use, both or just one?

If you are offered the choice, always pick IMAP over POP. It's a better e-mail protocol (well, IMHO). Here's a good article that explains it w-a-y better than I ever could (plus it offers a decision table to determine which is best for you):
