iPad requests Apple ID login after reboot

Hi everyone I'll keep it short.

I jail broke my iPad 3 a while ago, though I don't have any pirated apps on the device (other than some cracked cydia tweaks).
After I reboot my device all apps downloaded via the app store require my Apple ID login before they will open. This gets extremely frustrating when I'm on a plane and don't have an internet connection etc.
Is there a way to disable this feature altogether so my password will only be required when downloading a new app?

All help is really appreciated. Believe me, I've searched Google for help.

When we see the words "cracked Cydia tweaks," that tells us you are engaged in piracy.
