On a side note, here are my experience in catching the Golden Trout (bronze):
It wasn't really active, because it didn't give endless struggle and hard to catch like Salmon or Brook Trout--it was fairly easy.
For me, Golden Trout jerked the bait once--giving me one red circle, but that was all.

Be careful not to confuse it with the ugly Rudd; Rudd give less struggle, it wouldn't really try to break free or swam away.

I hope it helps, haven't tried my luck to catch another size of Golden Trout though

Thanks Isabella, I think not many folks are going to use up that many vouchers to catch all weights of Golden Trout, at least not right away. Maybe it will be more of a longer process as people earn the vouchers it will require. It'll cost so many! I'll be happy when I just catch one, lol. I just don't want that one gap in my fishing journal
