Good news for those ipad owners that are on 3.2.2

They have just announced that they wont wait to release the SHatter jailbreak until the release of ipad ios 4.2 in november..

This is just a post to give some of you guys hope!

Aaight guys this is gamingipad again with the latest news ..

This is the proof that the shatter jailbreak is working ..
For those who dont know shatter, shatter is a bootrom exploit thats gonna alow us to jailbreak all recent idevices.. So also the ipad 3.2.2 and 4.2

In the video he did the proof with the ipod 4g.. But thrust me its also working with our ipads

technically, 4.2 isn't even out yet so this can maybe be patched up before 4.2 is even released and you wouldn't want to keep a beta 4.2, it's unstbale fo ra lot of people

It can't be patched because it is a bootrom exploit. Apple will have no option but to update at a hardware level to stop the exploit on future devices, but current devices will always be exploitable. That's the power of a bootrom exploit...

You can't patch a bootrom exploit .

You can compare it to a hardware hack.
They must patch the ''hardware'' to fix the SHatter jailbreak

The dev-team blog is hosted on Tumblr. When the site it down it is because Tumblr is running maintenance on their infrastructure and not the dev-team preparing for an update. It's just a simple blog and can be updated instantly with a new post! Sorry to disappoint
