General Question

Hello.

I'm a writer and programmer hoping to use my iPad as a productivity tool. I have a simple, somewhat techy, question but I've spent the last half hour trying to post a new thead to General Discussion. But can't find link to do that. Poking around led me to this list and submission form.

Can some kind soul help me find the new thread link so I can ask my question?
