Wrong phone number in facetime

I have an iPad air and in facetime my cell phone number got replaced with my wife's number and now I cannot receive facetime calls from my son. How do I get the numbers switched back. After some playing with it I got both numbers in and have my email address checked and my phone number is checked , the wife's number is unchecked, but when a facetime call comes in I cannot swipe to connect, nor if the ipad is already open, cannot activate either accept or decline. Help??
