The dimensions for the screen are the same so no reason to suspect it won't fit. Back protection could have a few issues.
What the results will be like on retina will be interesting though!
Well I think it should be OK. I have always used Zagg and never had a problem with how the screen looked. This new HD version of the IS makes it very hard to notice from everything I have read/seen
