Will my warranty be voided if Techrestore works on ipad?

My almost new ipad 2 was scratched on the screen. Not too badly, but it annoys me. Techrestore will replace the screen for about half what apple charges ($315 vs $169).
Their techs are Apple certified. Will my warranty be voided if I let them work on my ipad?

Unless they are certified by Apple to do iPad repairs under warranty.

I would got the apple route. Take it to an apple store and see what they say. Seems I've read some threads here where they replaced iPads for ppl.
