No one has their new iPad 3 jail broken. Well, technically, some people have it jail broken, but these are the people involved in the jail breaking community who are working on a jail break for the masses (we hope).

So, in reality, the proper answer is that there is no official PUBLIC jail break available yet for the iPad 3. So, for all practical purposes, there is no jail break for the iPad 3.
