Actually, I think I use most all of those at some time or the other - just depends on where I am. Lying on my back holding the iPad makes it start to feel heavy quickly, so I don't use it too often.

LOL...who knew they had an app for positions. 
I prefer mine at a desk with it on the lowest position in my holder.
