what is the best email to texting app for my ipad

I'm looking for a texting App that can be sued to text from Europe to the US using WiFi. Any thoughts???

Why "email to text" vs just a dedicated texting app? My guess is you wouldn't need a phone number - if so you typically get a free number within the app. I use "GV Connect" - google voice connect. It's not a google app yet uses your google account info etc
