It is a field marker in Canadian football,but it doesn't show which direction play is moving in.

Hi Mr Luke,

It's the Telefonica tower built in Barcelona for the 1992 Summer Olympics. A few years ago, we visited, and it looked a sad rusting shadow of it's former self.
