Why thank you! But I can't do without it??? I've just had a lovely large mug of Cadburys Hot chocolate with marshmallows, cream and choc sprinkles. There goes the diet again. Or is it a s food diet - see it and eat it.

Maybe it's a combination of both. She likes to be independent. As long as she doesn't need help, she won't ask for it. My mother experienced the years after WW II, she was just a child and had to work for her (richer) relatives. Sometimes she's too proud to ask for help. She says she doesn't want to bother my sister and me, we'd have enough to care for.

Understandable if she can manage on her own.

I've been having a Kuerig-made chai, which is passable but not great. I wish they made them less sweet.

I've also been reading an ebook loaned via Oyster, a new Netflix-like service for ebooks -- you pay 10 bucks a month and are allowed to read as many of its ebooks as you like.
