Music my friend. It never fails me. You can also try setting your iPad at low intensity and reading via iBook night setting. I find that black glowing background
makes my eyes heavy.

The first foreign language we're learning here is English (mostly). I started when I was 11. Children now sometimes learn English in kindergarten, we teach it in primary school.

The sooner the better when it comes to language. I wish I'd learned more as a youngster.
