Have you seen it? It screams out scam. I think it could well be. After reading thru reams and reams you get to the anticipated crunch. Part with some of your well earned to subscribe to the scheme!

It's handy when you can fit your whole country into one timezone. It used to take me 4 hours to drive from Vienna to Linz, and that's most of the country covered.

It would last another 4 hours to Innsbruck or even longer to Bregenz. Both also belong to Austria.
Compared with Canada, we're small, of course.
