Oh my goodness, that's so early!

My hubby does hours like that for work, the earliest he gets up is 12.30am Mondays and Fridays, so I can be getting to bed and he'll be getting up.

I understand the zombie state very well, he's the same also!

Often people will say to me ... "buy you're awake as many hours as the rest of us."

They fail to understand that it's difficult to get to sleep and then, you wake up when your body knows it should be sleeping. I used to nap but found it just makes it harder to fall asleep later.

Then there's the eating ......

It is totally different and yes very difficult for him and also is unnatural for your body. He will nap if we need to go out during the week.

Holidays are also very hard for him to adjust to and then return from.

Oh I understand the eating too, that's a whole other ball game!

No, i don't play FreePlay. I play sims 3 Showtime on my Mac.

Do you guys take melatonin? I've heard some people swear by it (those with off-hours who need to adjust at times to fit weekend schedules, etc.).

I do the same thing, I love all the different goodies I can get.....chemists are a wonder in Asian countries too, so many weird and wonderful finds!

I have a few different lotions and as they are all in foreign languages I've forgotten what they're for.....I will let hubby use those until I work them out.

Would love to try those deodorants.......love fruity shampoos......don't know about a green tea toothpaste, that's certainly different!

I've worked the same shift 5 days a week for 28 years. If I took melatonin for that period of time my pineal gland would be the size of Jupiter. I'm in league with leelai's husband. Try to stay additive free.
