Another hot day again! Not complaining-but just too hot to do a day hike around campus! We are in for some cool weather here in the Midwest-so hope to get outdoors and do something soon without melting!

Yep, that would be some dive!!
I should be sleeping right now but it was monstrously hot here today and it hasn't cooled down much!

Lol.....it's just beautiful here with a lovely breeze.
We went down to the beach, the water is crystal clear but so so cold, so no swim for us!
Shock, horror, some guy was on the beach in a 'mankini'. What a sight! Ewww! :O

I feel for you Leelai! No person should have to go through that experience!!! I agree Gab, it was hot last night. We had our windows wide open and the duvets off.

It was close last night, but not unbearably hot.
Today it's raining gently, and misty all at the same time.
TG I mowed the grass and took garden rubbish to the tip yesterday.

Though our days have turned a bit cooler it is still fire season and it is very dry as we have had little rain since spring.
The promised rain didn't fall, the earth still is dry. The last significant rain was in June.
Today it should be raining, tomorrow as well. Let's wait if these predictions really come true, or if we just have wind without rain again.
Temperatures will be around 20° C, if meteorologists got this right.
